It's easy, look his finger on left hand when he snap his finger. Every time the magicians try to concentrate you on something else when they do the important stuff :D and then realize that he always prepared it so that he can rotate for example 3 cards as 1 car, leaving the 4th on the bottom leaving illusion that there is the rest 3 cards. If you would be able to see it from different view, you could see his magic finger what they do. But nice trick :)
